Rebecca Reddin, LMHCA, LMFTA, CDP

Rebecca is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist with a Substance Use Disorder Professional certification. Rebecca has been working with pregnant and postpartum mothers since January 2018 and is a Perinatal Specialist with advanced training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Additionally, she has 4 years experience working with women who struggle with substance abuse and addiction as well as experience counseling college students transitioning to adulthood and individual counseling for people struggling with a wide range of stressors.
Rebecca is passionate about working with people in transition; and what greater transition is there than becoming a mother? As a mother herself, Rebecca cares deeply about helping women work through the adjustment to motherhood; including family system attachment and adjustment, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, traumatic birth, attachment and infant Loss. Rebecca applies Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques as well as her training in Lifespan Integration and Mindfulness to help clients develop healthy boundaries and understand how our relationships affect our experiences and expectations. In so doing, she assist clients in developing new skills, building a support system and finding their inner strength to adjust successfully to all aspects of motherhood.
Rebecca believes whole-heartedly in the benefit of mental health counseling, and that we all need support during transition and difficult times.
